With Pork A Side Dish Treat Deli Salad

I want to think up a quick and easy recipe that has lots of nutrients You can enjoy this all year round with your favorite vegetables.
Avocado, potato... it goes well with anything so I often make this.

This looks delicious in a bento if you wipe excess oil and then let it cool.
All of the ingredients for the sauce are used in a 1:1 ratio, so adjust the amounts to the same desired portion sizes.
You can exchange the broccoli for broccoli sprouts, spinach, asparagus, or other in-season veggies. For 2~3 servings. Recipe by Emimafin

Cut the pork into 2 cm pieces and season with salt and pepper. Place into a frying pan and cook until it turns a light golden brown, move it to the side, and wipe the excess oil with a paper towel.

After evenly coating everything, arrange onto plates, arrange with whatever you like such as cherry tomatoes, and it is done. You can prepare lots of sauce, and top it off with a bit of the sauce at the end.

  5. 5

I stuffed it into a sandwich for breakfast. I also packed it in a bento (the box in front in the photo). It's so versatile!
