Cooking Instructions

Combine the ★ ingredients. Boil the broccoli to your desired degree of doneness and drain well.

Peel and devein the shrimp. Cut a slit in the back.

Massage the shrimp with katakuriko and salt to remove any surface impurities and rinse well.

Dry the rinsed shrimp very well. Put the shrimp in a plastic bag with katakuriko (about 2 tablespoons) and shake.

Pour a generous amount of oil in a pan, and pan fry the shrimp until it's nicely colored.

When the shrimp are just about cooked through, wipe excess oil in the pan with paper towels.

Add the pre-boiled broccoli and stir fry lightly. Add the ★ ingredients, mix well and it's done.
