10 servings
  • 1.5 KGflour
  • 600 mlwater
  • 30 gsugar
  • 15 gsalt
  • 100 mlolive oil
  • 7g instant yeast

    Mix wet ingredients and yeast(Freezing water)

  2. 2

    Add dry ingredients knead for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Cover and let rise whole for 30min room temperature

  4. 4

    Divide into 250g dough balls, cover, let rise for 10 min and refrigirate

  5. 5

    Use after 4 hours, best bake at 400c
