Cook your rice in water, enough to cover your rice. Pour some salt and let it boil. After a few minutes boiling just removing the starchy water and pour in clean water and boil again until tender.

Potatoes you can put them in the air fryer/oven to roast/bake but before you do season them with your favourite spices and herbs then bake until tender.

Peas are a ease😆 just pour hot water over them they will defrost after a few minutes maybe about 10 min remove water and put some butter over your peas, some seasoning and herbs.

Cut up your butternut into pieces desired, put in a pot and bring to boil until super soft, use fork or masher to squash.

Season your chicken with spices and some sauce put in oven or air fryer for about 35 min check and turn over then put it again for few minutes till cook d through and crispy
