Leftover dal with lauki fritters

Grate lauki & squeeze it. Add cooked dal, coriander leaves, ginger garlic pieces in a bowl.

Now add dry spices,lemon juice & besan in it. Mix all ingredients proper. Make a dough, now add oil in it.

Preheat oil for frying. Now fry it on mid flame on both side. After proper cook transfer it on a napkin paper.

Serve it with green chutney & tomato sauce. Too much tasty snacks.
