Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the onion finely, saute it in a pan and transfer to a plate to cool down. Defrost the corn. Add the milk to the panko to soak.
- 2
Add the onion and panko plus the ★ ingredients to the ground meat, and mix and knead well until the meat is sticky.
- 3
Add the corn kernels to the meat and mix in. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 4
Form the meat mixture into a pumpkin shape. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 10 minutes at 500 W.
- 5
Let the meat rest for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain off excess juices. Blot with paper towels and transfer to a serving plate. Make a face on top with the cheese, and it's done.
- 6
Enjoy with ketchup and grainy mustard.
- 7
I made it in a ring shape and turned it into a wreath for Christmas Eve.

Uncle Mikes Halloween Meatloaf Uncle Mikes Halloween Meatloaf
I've seen the mummy idea around so I figured I'd try it with my Uncle Mikes recipe. It was great, it's a easy meatloaf that you can make year round (without the mummy bits) that tastes great. You can hide all sorts of veggies inside if you'd like. I've used squash, mushrooms, beats, celery, and spinach without significantly changing the flavor. I hope you enjoy. Joe Thorstensen -

Mini meatloaf! Mini meatloaf!
I love meatloaf since it's such an easy and quick meal but I don't have a loaf pan anymore, so I make it in a muffin tin now! It's the best meatloaf ever, especially since I like the edges best Korrissa -
Awesome Meatloaf Awesome Meatloaf
My kids love when I make this and just can't get enough. I took my mom's recipe and jazzed it up a lot. I live in a humid environment so sometimes I need to add more or less breadcrumbs depending on the weather. I recommend using a serrated knife to cut it when finished, it helps to keep the bacon attached to the slices. Chin -

Christmas Meatloaf Christmas Meatloaf
I like to serve dishes with a "Christmas feel" to them on Christmas. Make rice balls in snowman's shape, and shape the potato salad into a Christmas tree. Then you'll have a dinner table covered in a Christmas-inspired feast! It looks pretty when you place bacon slices diagonally like ribbons. You can also add quail eggs. I season the meatloaf with seasonings like Chinese chicken soup base. Recipe by erirun cookpad.japan -
