Take pan put little oil onion,cashews,red chilli, black pepper,cinnamon, tomato and saute little

Let it cool and grind into paste

Take kadai put little butter or oil onion, capsicum, paneer cubes and mix well add little turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute for 2-3 minutes

Remove it and keep aside

Take kadai add butter cumin seeds chopped onion and tomato add all spices and mix well add puree and let it cook for few minutes

Add all veggies and mix well add kasuri methi and mix well cover it for 5-10 minutes on low flame

Add malai amchur powder and mix well

Garnish with coriander leaves

Vegetable kolhapuri ready to serve
