Steps

Add milk in a pan for boiling.In a cup add custard powder with little milk & mix well.

Add sugar in the milk when it starts boiling pour custard milk & also add vanilla essence

Cook for 2-3 min.while stirring continuously on a low flame. Switch off n keep aside.

Heat another pan on a low flame and add sugar.Slowly sugar starts melting then add coffee powder.Keep stirring continuously.

When it gets caramelized add apple slices, switch off the flame. Combine well.

Transfer the caramelized apples in a serving dish layer vise and pour custard milk over the layers.

Then sprinkle left over caramelized coffee sugar over the pudding & serve as per the season.Hot in winters & cool cool thanda thanda in summers.
