Palak and broken wheat khichdi

Broken wheat foods are very healthy and fiber rice. We can make rice,kheer,sweet Pongal and kesari,pulao etc.
I tried different way. I made it as very healthy dish with palak,dal and many vegetables. It came out very tasty, everyone likes the khichdi so much.

Keep ready to all ingredients make palak and broken wheat khichdi.

Finely chop all vegetables, palak,onion and tomato, keep aside.

Take a pressure cooker, add lightly fries moong daal, broken wheat and four cups of water.

Then add all finely chopped palak,vegetables, onion, green chilli, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, pepper and ghee,add salt and lemon juice.Mix well

Then add tomato mix it well. Keep for three whistles. Let it cool for some time.

Open the lid, give a nice mix. Super tasty palak and broken wheat khichdi is ready.

Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle little amount of pepper and cumin powder.

Serve it hot.You can use it as meal, stomach filling and it's very tasty.
