I am using methi leaves from week 1 and amul fresh cream from 2 week ingredients. I love this creamy sabji
Steps

Blend the ingredients in the gravy section to make a smooth paste

Now in a pan heat oil, add asofedita carom seeds, and gravy paste. Cook till oil leaves the pan. Add water,turmeric,coriander,red chilli powder and garam masala. Cook for 2 mts

Now add washed chopped methi leaves and cook covered for 5-7mts

Meanwhile heat oil in another pan, saute tofu pieces and sprinkle chat masala on it

Add this tofu to the sabji and mix well. Add fresh cream and off the flame. Serve hot with steamed rice or parathas
