But here I'm making cholesterol and sugar free
Here I'm using oil instead of ghee which can be taken in small quantities that's why gram flour not roasting with oil in pan I'm binding balls of gram flour with the help of oil which can be taken in sufficient quantities for better results
These Besan ke laddu are made by slow roasting gram flour until it turns aromatic and golden brown in colour.

This nutty mixture is cooled down and then mixed with powdered cardamoms and sugar free powder
Some variations use cashews,Some variations use cashews, pistachios and melon seeds as well. Portions of this warm mixture is lastly pressed down in the palm to shape to balls which are known as Besan ladoo.

Steps

Roast gram flour on medium flame with contineous stirring when it becomes dark brown then remove from flame.

Add sugar free powder and groundnut oil mix it well and bind small portion of roasted gram flour to make ladoo.

This ladoo can be made for special occasions or for offering god then enjoy with family or frds.
