Traditional Gujarati 7 Dhan Khichdo. Specially eaten on makar sankranti.
Steps

Wash and Soak pounded wheat whole night.

Soak chana dal, whole mung, rice, choli, tuver dal and muth for 15 min in warm water.

Drain access water from all add water in pressure cooker and close the lid.

Pressure cook it for 6-7 whistle over medium flame. Turn off the flame and let the pressure release naturally.

Open the lid and transfer it in a pan. Add milk and sugar
- 6
Mix well and cook on medium flame until mixture turns thick for around 3-4 minutes. Stir in between occasionally to prevent sticking.

Now add ghee, cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix it well.

Turn off the flame and garnish Gujarati Khichdo with almond flakes and serve hot Or chilled.
