Italian Sausage with Gnocchi and Spinach

My favorite winter ingredient is DiBruno Bros. (South Philadelphia) Abbruzze cheese spread. It is creamy, spicy and cheesy! I like to use it for cooking because it melts into a flavorful sauce for pasta dishes.
