Soak all the ingredients for 5-6 hours, grind it and keep this pudding for 5-6 hours at a warm place to ferment.

Now we will make ready and grind all the ingredients required for saffron pudding and green pudding. Now add 1 tablespoon saffron paste to the pudding to make saffron pudding and add 1 tablespoon green paste to make green pudding.
Now add salt as per taste in all the puddings(in white pudding also). - 3
Now we will spread the butter on orange green and white dosa on the dosa pan alternately.

For the flag, we will pour three colors of pudding on the pan

So your tricolor dosa is ready in this way, now we will serve it with green chutney curd and tomato ketchup and we will keep the flag made with dosa batter on the other side and make a ashokachakra with star full in the middle of dosa. So this is how your tiranga dosa is prepared.
