  2. bagel
  3. oregano
  4. pepper
  5. salt
  6. olive oil
  7. mozzarella

  1. 1

    Sprinkle mozzarella on a tray with parchment paper, and put the bagel halves on, then crack the egg aiming for the middle of the bagel

  2. 2

    Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add extras (pepper, salt, oregano, etc)
