Keep ready all ingredients to make pongal

Wash and Soak rice and moong dal in water for 10 minutes.Heat a Kadhai add ghee,when it melt add musters seeds cumin and add water add turmeric powder,cumin powder,cinnamon,coconut,powder salt.

When water boiled add rice and moong dal and cook it for 10 minutes.ready your khara pongal add ghee and serve it hot.
