Take a kadhai add 2-3 tbsp oil. Let it heat now. Add mased potatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves and all spices. Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame and let it cool down. Take two pieces of bread and fill stuffing. Cover it and cut into four parts.

Take a sieve add gram flour. Seive it in a large bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and carom seeds. Mix everything well. Add water and make a smooth better. Add baking soda and mix quickly on one direction.

Now dip the bread slice into better and give the round shape and fry it deep oil. Fry it till golden brown and crispy. Take it out in a plate.

Bread Pakodas are ready now. Serve hot with green chutney, onion chutney and meethi chutney and garma garam ginger tea..... 😋😋
