  3. 6-7 leavesromaine lettuce
  4. 1 piecegreen cabbage
  5. 1 bunchfresh mint leaves
  6. 1 bunchparsley
  7. 5-6green onions
  8. 1sweet bell pepper
  9. 3radishes
  10. 1beet (optional)
  11. 2carrots
  12. 1pomegranate
  13. You can add red cabbage
  14. leavesPurslane
  15. leavesWild thyme
  16. For the dressing:
  17. 2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  18. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  19. 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
  20. 1 tablespoonsumac
  21. 1 teaspoondried mint
  22. 1 tablespoonsalt
  23. Juice of 1 lemon
  24. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  25. Toasted or fried pita bread

    Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.

    Roughly chop all the vegetables.

    Mix the dressing ingredients well, then pour over the vegetables.

    Add the toasted or fried pita bread on top of the fattoush.
