3tomatoes
5cucumbers
6-7 leavesromaine lettuce
1 piecegreen cabbage
1 bunchfresh mint leaves
1 bunchparsley
5-6green onions
1sweet bell pepper
3radishes
1beet (optional)
2carrots
1pomegranate
You can add red cabbage
leavesPurslane
leavesWild thyme
For the dressing:
2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
1 tablespoonsumac
1 teaspoondried mint
1 tablespoonsalt
Juice of 1 lemon
3 clovesgarlic, minced
Toasted or fried pita bread

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.

Roughly chop all the vegetables.

Mix the dressing ingredients well, then pour over the vegetables.

Add the toasted or fried pita bread on top of the fattoush.

Serve with mujaddara or grilled meats. Enjoy!
