An amazing twist by me with an added attraction of White Rajma.
Simple yet an excellent twist for that lovely dish to be relished at mealtimes on any day with plain boiled Rice.
You will just love this combo.
It not only is creamy and great but the colour too looks tempting.
It turned out so well and my family thoroughly enjoyed it both with the Rice as well as the Rotis.
Easily done with a few common pantry staples with White Rajma or White Kidney beans and fresh Green Peas that are used in it.
Full of natural goodness of Protiens and Vitamins, this dish is a complete meal in itself.
Children as well as the adults will love it for sure. It can be enjoyed with any Indian Bread, Cumin Rice, Pulao, Bhaturas etc.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
In a pan, heat some oil and add the ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it for a few seconds and then add in the cumin seeds as well. Saute all of that for a minute and then finally add in the green peas along with the powdered spices.
- 2
After frying for a minute or two, add the boiled white rajma too. Saute all of that on a low to medium high heat only. Keep stirring at regular intervals.
- 3
Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Do not add water. Cover and cook on a low heat. That's it. It will be done easily. It is done in about 20 to 25 minutes in all and doesn't take much time. Keep stirring as and when required. Addition of spices can be one's own choice.
