Make these Matar puris instead of plain puris, this winter when the matar is abundantly available in market.
Steps

Grind the peas into a fine purée. Mix with wheat flour and knead to a dough by adding water, as much as required.

Add 2 tsp oil and smooth out the dough, let it rest covered for 15 minutes.

Roll the puris into round shaped flat breads.
- 4
Fry in hot oil, flip and fry from both sides until you get brown colour patches.
- 5
Have the garmagaram puris with your favourite sides. I love to pair with potato curry always.
