In a mixing bowl seive besan
Add salt, sugar add water and whisk it for 5 min. Cover and keep it for 5 min. - 2
Grease mould with oil, heat the steamer now whisk the besan mixture for a while then add oil,hing and eno and mix it well.

Keep it in the steamer for 10,12 min. Check it with a toothpick,cool it.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard,chilli when splutters add sesame seeds and 3 tsp water boil it add little salt,sugar and lemon juice add to prepared dhokla and dhokla is ready to serve/ enjoy.
