Ingredients

3 hrs
10 servings
  1. 2 Cchopped celery
  2. 2 Cchopped carrots
  3. 1 & 1/2 C chopped onion
  4. 4 large Cloves garlic
  5. 1/2 cantomato sauce
  6. 48 + 24 oz Randals northern beans
  7. 2 x 64 oz boxes chicken stock
  8. 1 & 1/2 lb. Chopped ham (Meijer spiral works, remove glaze)
  9. Stock spices:
  10. 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp. Red pepper,
  11. 1 tsp. Ground black pepper, celery center, end of onion
  12. Spice added to beans:
  13. 2 tsp. Thyme, 2 tsp. garlic powder
  14. 2 tsp. Onion powder
  15. 1/2 tsp. White pepper
  16. 1/4 tsp. Smoked paprika
  17. 1/2 tsp. Liquid smoke
  18. 2 Tbs. Dried parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To make stock: to large pot add, ham bone, chicken stock and stock ingredients above. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer until remaining meat falls from. Remove onion end and celery center with strainer.

    Saute carrots, celery, onion in butter and olive oil until carrots are about tender then add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.

    Combine stock, beans, veggies, ham & spices and simmer to finish. Adjust seasoning with Kinder Blend & Roasted garlic brown butter seasoning

    Time for dinner!
