Start with chopped the banana and chickoo into small pieces. Peel the pomegranate and extract its seeds.

Now whisk the curd so that it catches smooth texture.

Pound the split rai seeds to give a nice smell and flavour to the raita.

Now add the sugar and pounded split rai seeds to the curd, also add a little salt only for a mild flavour.

Add all the fuits to the curd and mix well.

Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy ✨
