Put two springforms in skillet over low heat, cut bacon slice in ten pieces, five per spring form. When bacon fat is released, press grated potato on top of the bacon in one form. Continue to crisp bacon in other form. When rosti potato edges turn color, remove spring form, flip to roast rosti, add farm egg to the other form, on top of the bacon, fry. Remove other form and serve when egg is to your liking. Enjoy breakfast.
