Wash brinjal.pat dry them. Make thick slits and apply little salt.keep aside for 5 mnts.

Heat oil in pan.add chopped onion cook till light brown in color.

Add finely chopped tomatoes.mix addsalt and red chilli cook till tomatoes get soft.

Add tomato ketchup and chilli sauce mix add mix herbs cook till it gets little thick. remove from fire and keep aside

Nowtake brinjal apply onion and tomato paste in between slits put tomato slice and cheese slice

Grease baking tray keep brinjal on it and bake it at 180°cfor 20 to 25 mnts or till done

Serve hot as side dish.
