Cooking Instructions

Rinse dry separate and season the pork chops. Our local meat market gives out generous portions of bone fragments, but they are very cheap. Heat the oil and fry.

Baste the chops as you go to get the beautiful colors without drying them out, but evenly cooked. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
