So today I was craving thick okra soup as a chef I decided to make it to myself ☺️💖
Steps

Wash your meat and put it in a pot

Add your stock fish, your Canda add your seasoning to it and cook on low heat

After some minutes it should be looking like this, You can then add a lil water and let it cook for some time

On the other hand you wash and cut or Grate your okra and you also wash your pumpkin leaves (ugu) and cut it

Add the amount of water you’d like to use in cooking add your seasonings to taste and when it’s boiling add your palm oil to the boiling pot for 20 seconds

Add in your kpanla fish and your periwinkle (isam) to the pot stir and cover it to boil

Add your okra to the pot to boil for 30 seconds then add your Pumpkin leaves and Your Okra soup is ready too serve☺️

Serve with chilled malt
