So I am on a low calorie diet. I have excluded, starchy, food, fats, and sugar. Protein and fiber remains stable in my diet so I continue to create new dishes for my meal plan.

Ingredients

  1. 4-6 piecesScallops
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1 cupthin sliced zucchini
  4. 1 cupchopped spinach
  5. 1garlic clove, minced
  6. 1 cantuna (if you require more protein in your diet)
  7. Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano
  8. Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare steamer or I just use a pot with a strainer. Reach boiling point.

    Mix and season all of the ingredients, place scallops on top. Place all ingredients in the pot, cover and steam till scallops are fully cooked, should take about 5-7 min. Steam longer if you want your veggies to be softer.
