Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare steamer or I just use a pot with a strainer. Reach boiling point.
- 2
Mix and season all of the ingredients, place scallops on top. Place all ingredients in the pot, cover and steam till scallops are fully cooked, should take about 5-7 min. Steam longer if you want your veggies to be softer.

Baked Scallops Baked Scallops
Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioEversince quarantined started, it seems that seafood suppliers have been selling online. Its been easy for us to buy seafoods directly from the suppliers. Amazingly, these scallops cost 80php/kg thats 1.5$/kg! How cheap is that?! And its free delivery door to door. I couldn't resist and ordered then cooked our favorite scallop recipe.Cheesy baked scallops is one of the pinoys favorite appetizers. I kinda tweaked my recipe from the usual baked scallops sold by the local restaurants here. They usually add garlic butter and cheese only. But mine, i added béchamel sauce to make it extra creamy and saucy! At first when I saw the 2kgs scallops i was like, would we even finish eating all of these?! Guess what, its not even enough! Haha my son even ate the cheesy sauce too! 😁 Albee Charis Ponio -

Steamed Chinese Cabbage and Scallops with Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Steamed Chinese Cabbage and Scallops with Garlic Butter Soy Sauce
I was looking for a new way to eat Chinese cabbage. That's when I combined it with scallops, which actually tasted great!I used fresh scallops. You only need to steam them for a short time. Since the Chinese cabbages release a lot of moisture, I think you'd feel this dish is lightly flavored. If this is the case, try adding some soy sauce to suit your taste. Baby Scallops with Green Onions and a Salty, Lemon Sauce Baby Scallops with Green Onions and a Salty, Lemon Sauce
My husband likes the occasional scallop dish fried with salt and green onion, so I have tried many times to think of simple and refreshing ingredients that he wouldn't tire of and that my children could eat as well. I settled on this recipe. Everyone in my family also loves grilled fish with lemon.-Everyone prefers different amounts of saltiness, so you don't need to add as much if you don't want to. You can season with salt afterwards to adjust the flavor.-I recommend using fresh lemons and lots of green onion. Recipe by Aozora lemon. cookpad.japan -
