Tofu (Masala Bhurji)

Assemble all ingredients.

Take a kadhai add ghee. Then add chopped onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Till it turns golden. Then add grated ginger garlic and mix for a minute. Then add green chilli and cook for a minute. Add little water and cook. Then add tomato. Mix everything well.

Add salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. When tomatoes have become soft add all spices and mix everything well. Add little water and cook. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add crushed tofu and mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh cream and kasuri methi and mix it well.

Then add coriander leaves and mix everything well. Tofu Bhurji is ready now. Take it out in a bowl.

Serve hot with roti, paratha, rice etc as you wish and enjoy..... 😋😋
