  2. 1onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 2medium potatoes
  5. as neededOlive oil,
  6. as neededSalt,
  7. as neededWater,
  8. as neededHomemade vegetable bouillon,
  9. Tools
  10. Pot
  11. Potato peeler
  12. Spoon
  13. Knife

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, add the onion with the olive oil, cover, and sauté until golden for 2 minutes.

    Then add the potatoes and carrots, previously peeled and cut into chunks.

    Stir and cook for 3 minutes. At this point, cover with water until it is above the potatoes and carrots, and add the vegetable bouillon.

    Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add the pasta to the same pot, adding more water if needed.

    Continue cooking, covered, on high heat for the first 5 minutes, then lower the heat and cook for another 6-7 minutes or as indicated on the package.
