Mutton mince wash and remove water and keep aside

Anardana dry roast lightly and grind keep aside/ red chili cumin seeds paper corn coriander seeds carom seeds dry roast lightly and grind well

Besan and flour dry roast lightly and keep aside

Take mixer jar add onion green chili grind coarsely and drean water keep aside

Take a bowl add Mutton mince remove well water and grind lightly and add ginger garlic paste mix well and add spices mix well

Now add flour besan mix and add grind onion green chili past mix well

Now add egg and coriander leaves mint leaves mix well and add tomato mix and add lemon juice mix

Now add scramble egg mix well and keep in refrigerator for 2hours

Now make kabab shape shape and shallow fry heated oil

Now transfer into serving plate and garnish tomato green chili
