Gvar Dhokli Sabzi

For Dhokli, start by adding oil, mustard seeds and jeera to a pan. Add 1.5 cup water along with some salt, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder and hing each.

When the water comes yo a boil, add the gram flour and start mixing immediately.

When the mixture turns semi liquid, empty it onto a plate and let it set for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Now add some oil to a cooker, amd saute the cluster beans.

Add 1 cup water along with the remaining spices and semi cook for 2 whistles.

Make pieces of the dhokli, add to halfway cooked beans and cook for another 2 whistles.

Our gvar dhokli sabzi is ready, serve along with some chapathis or paratha and enjoy ✨
