Mascarpone and Vegetable Lasagna Mascarpone and Vegetable Lasagna
The lasagna I had at a friend's house was absolutely delicious, so I asked her for the recipe. The original recipe just uses only the tomatoes from a can of tomatoes, but I added the whole contents.Even if it seems like a lot of work, be sure to sauté each vegetable and season lightly with salt and pepper. As for the bechamel sauce, the saltiness of the cheese alone was enough to season it. I used the canned tomatoes as-is without adding any seasoning. Please use the oven temperature indicated as a guideline. If it looks like the lasagna is burning, cover it with aluminum foil. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -

Oven Baked Chicken Lasagna with a Refreshing Taste Oven Baked Chicken Lasagna with a Refreshing Taste
I always love trying out recipes that have chicken as the main ingredient, I prefer white meat rather than red and chicken usually is my first go to favorite. This recipe has been around a very long time in my kitchen, so if you love chicken then this recipe is one that you will truly enjoy.A colorful meat sauce with the added peppers and carrots make a much lighter version than the usual beef sauce. I have topped the lasagna with the Bechamel Sauce recipe I posted yesterday, and added the delicious Parmesan cheese for a lovely crust. Every bite of this tasty lasagna has a lovely and delicate taste that just wants you going back for more. 🙂 Foodzesty -

Lasagna Lasagna
The best food is tied to memories. In this case, a lasagna I ate in a farmhouse overlooking Florence, on my first (and so far, only ☹️) visit to Tuscany almost two decades ago. I've spent the years since obsessively trying to recreate it. The memory's faded a bit now, but I think the recipe below is pretty darned close. Robert Gonzal -

Beef lasagna Beef lasagna
Beef lasagna is a classic Italian dish made by layering cooked lasagna noodles with a rich meat sauce, cheese mixtures, and then baking until bubbly and golden. This beef lasagna recipe is made with an easy meat sauce as the base, a creamy ricotta cheese mixture and mozzarella cheese. BONUS: it’s make-ahead and freezer-friendly!This lasagna is easy to make. Cook the meat sauce and boil the lasagna noodles. Mix the cheeses mixture and then it is all about layering: meat sauce, lasagna, cheese. Repeat the layers ending up with meat sauce. Bake and allow to cool somewhat.Once removed from oven, allow the dish to rest for at least 15 minutes. I prefer to let it rest for 45 minutes as it will retain the heat. Besides, this makes it easy to slice and hold shape.Lasagna is one of the best meals to make ahead and freeze. Double or triple the recipe and store it tightly wrapped in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and bake as directed. Sarvat Hanif -
