VEG MASALA MAGGI..
Steps

Take a wok or pan, add oil & butter, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it until light brown

Add in onion, stir fry it for a minute. Also add green chilli, mix it well. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Now add veggies, stir fry it for a minute, in goes tomato & salt, stir fry it for a minute.

In goes taste maker, mix it well. Add in haldi powder & garam masala powder, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.

Now add 3 cup hot water, mix it well. Give a boil.

Add in maggi noodles, mix it well, cook it on high flame until dry. Break the noodles before adding them.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
