First wash Tinda and cut it in to four cut.(same stuffed baingan).Heat a Kadhai add oil and add garlic onion tomatoes,coconut powder and soute it for 30 seconds.

When it cool add in mixer jar and grind it,take out in plate add crushed peppers,all spices salt and sugar and mix it nicely

Stuffed mix masala in to cut Tinda.Heat pan or Kadhai and add oil mustard seeds,and cumin seeds.when it cracked add stiffened Tinda in oil and soute it slowly.add one tablespoon water.

After one minute cover it and cook for 10 minutes on slow heat.

Ready your stuffed Tinda.garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or roti.
