  • 1 cuprolled oats
  • 2 tbspgrated almonds
  • 1 tbsppumpkin or sunflower seeds or both as you wish
  • 1 tbspmaple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbspany cooking oil of choice
  • Garnish
  • Berries for garnish

  1. 1

    Mix oats and almond flakes, seeds. You can also roast it for 2mts before

    Add maple syrup or honey. I used DATES SYRUP for making it more healthier

    Mix well and bake at 175degrees for 15mts. Cool and crumble

    Add berries and store. In an airtight container
