Healthy Moong Vegetable Paratha
A tasty way to consume proteins

For Paste:
Soak moong for 8-10 hours
Ready all ingredients for the paste. Take these ingredients in mixer jar.
Crush to a smooth paste. - 2
Take the paste in a plate. Add in dough ingredients and mix well.
Now add in 1 1/2 -2 cups of wheat flour. Mix and knead a medium consistency dough. - 3
Smoothen the dough with 1/2 tsp oil.
Cover and rest the dough for 10 minutes. - 4
Make portions of the dough. (Makes about 8-9 parathas).
Roll out using dry wheat flour. - 5
Roast well by pressing on medium gas flame, using oil.

Roast well as moong used are raw.
Serve hot with any sabzi Or curd or tea.
I have served with doodhi, potato, peas sabzi. - 7
