Shape the kofta into patties. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet and fry the kofta on both sides.

Cut the potatoes and onion, then add them to the skillet. Sauté them briefly with the kofta, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.

Pour the sauce over the kofta. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, mixed spices, and turmeric. Cover the skillet and let it cook until done. If the sauce is too thick, add water as needed.

Once cooked, add the butter cubes and stir gently. Serve with bread. Enjoy!
