Cut stems and tips off jalapeños. Throw away stems, put tips in sautee pan. Put 1 pepper in pan whole. Add more whole peppers for more heat!

Core and rinse remaining peppers. Add to pan with cilantro, onion, garlic. As peppers and onion start to get tender, add 1 can of tomatoes.

Combine remaining tomatoes and pan contents in blender. Blend well, add cilantro and seasoning to taste.

Chill before serving.
