Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 6 piecesA: Chicken wings
  2. 1 teaspoonB: Cayenne pepper (or substitute with chili pepper or chopped red chili)
  3. 1/2 teaspoonB: Garlic powder (or 1 clove of garlic, minced)
  4. 1 teaspoonB: Allspice
  5. 1/2 teaspoonB: Sugar
  6. 2 tablespoonsB: All-purpose flour
  7. 3 tablespoonseach (finishing sauce) C: Tabasco butter (Tabasco sauce and butter)
  8. 1/2 stalkeach (side) D: Celery, carrot

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    [Preparation]
In a plastic bag, mix the B seasoning ingredients (except flour) and set aside 1/3 separately.
    - Poke holes in the meat with a fork.

  2. 2

Add the meat to the plastic bag with B, rub in the seasoning to let it absorb, and let it rest for about an hour (it's convenient to do this the night before).

  3. 3

Add the remaining flour (for coating) to step ②, coat evenly, and fry the meat in a pan with about 1 cm of oil until both sides are golden (about 80% cooked).

  4. 4

Heat and mix C in the microwave, coat the hot meat from step ③ well, and bake in a 350°F oven or toaster for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

Arrange the D toppings on a plate, serve the freshly baked meat, and enjoy!
