Heat oven to 220°. Chop potatoes, toss in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 40 mins until nice and crispy.

In the meantime... Crush seeds and salt. Coat tuna steaks and oil well with olive oil.

To make dressing - chop cappers, squeeze lemon, grate garlic and add parsley into a bowl. Stir and let it rest. Session to taste.

Heat frying pan until scalding hot. Fry steaks for 1.5 mins each side. Remove from heat and massage with extra virgin olive oil and half dressing. Rest while Beth cooks.

Serve and cover with rest of dressing
