Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • For 1 lunchbox cup: shelled edamame (frozen)
  • as neededSalted kelp (shio kombu),

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the frozen shelled edamame in a bowl and pour hot water over them.

    Once the edamame are thawed, drain the water.

    Mix with salted kelp and it's ready!
