Ingredients

  1. 8 poundspotatoes peeled and diced
  2. 1medium onion diced
  3. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  4. to tastesalt
  5. to tasteblack pepper
  6. to tastegarlic salt about2teslaspoons or
  7. 1 pintheavy cream
  8. whole milk to fill your pot
  9. 1(8oz.)bag shredded cheddar cheese
  10. 1(8oz)bag of bacon bits

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and dice potatoes dice onion cover with water and butter bring to a boil.Boil til potatos are fork tender

  2. 2

    Drain mash a few cups of potatoes to a think looking mash. Potatos add bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese

  3. 3

    Add remaining potatos cream and milk stir up season was the salt,pepper,and garlic salt all to taste heat on low til warmed up

  4. 4

    Serve with extra cheese and bread if u want
