Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmilk chocolate chips
  2. 1 tsp.vanilla
  3. 1 (14 oz)can sweetened condensed milk
  4. 6 cupsmilk
  5. 1 1/2 cupsheavy whipping cream
  6. garnish with whipped cream, or marshmallows
  7. 21and older must try with rum chata or peppermint schnapps

    Place all ingredients in crock pot.

    Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
