Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 7 ozthinly sliced beef
  2. 1 blocktofu
  3. 1 pack(desired amount) king oyster mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
  4. 1 1/4 cupswater
  5. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoonssake
  7. 1-1 1/2 tablespoonssugar
  8. 2 tablespoonsmirin

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. If the king oyster mushrooms are large, cut them in half lengthwise and slice.

    Lightly oil a pot and sauté the beef.
