Serves 2 servings
  • 10 slicespork tenderloin, 1 cm thick
  • as neededPotato starch,
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsake
  • 1 tablespoonmirin
  • 1 tablespoonwater
  • 1 teaspoonsugar, or to taste
  • as neededVegetables of your choice (this time spinach and tomatoes),

Steps

    Pound the pork with a rolling pin or similar tool to tenderize it, then coat with potato starch. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and brown both sides. Mix the ingredients marked with ◆ together.

    Wipe off excess oil from the frying pan with a paper towel, add the ◆ mixture, and bring to a boil. Once the sauce thickens, it's ready.

  3. 3

    Garnish with your choice of vegetables for a beautiful presentation.
