Poke holes all over the chicken skin with a fork. Sprinkle with salt and rub it in.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until well browned. Then reduce the heat to low.

Flip the chicken over and wipe off any excess oil. Add the sauce, cover, and let it steam-cook.

Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. Serve over rice and drizzle with extra sauce. Enjoy! (＾ω＾)
