Ingredients

  2. Whole pistachios
  3. Melted clarified butter or ghee
  4. Simple syrup
  5. Finely chopped pistachios for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Rub the kunafa dough with the melted butter until fully coated.

    Grease a cupcake pan with butter.

    Place a little kunafa dough in each cup and press it down firmly with your hands, then fill the center with whole pistachios.
