Falafel
I took this photo from my first account.
Steps
- 1
Grind the soaked chickpeas with the parsley, onions, and garlic until very fine.

Add the spices, ground coriander, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well.
- 3
Right before frying, add baking soda or baking powder to the portion you want to fry.
- 4
Heat oil and fry the falafel over medium heat.
- 5
Enjoy!
