Cooking Instructions

Slice the pork cutlet into pieces about 1/2 inch thick. Thinly slice the onion. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

Add the soy sauce, mirin, and dashi broth to a skillet and heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the sliced onion and cook until tender.

Add the pork cutlet pieces to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.

Pour the beaten eggs over the pork and onion. Cover and cook over medium heat until the eggs are just set and slightly creamy, then remove from heat.
